On most plans we offer the freedom to choose your own dentist or vision care provider. An optional PPO provider network* is available in California which provides additional savings.

Dental Plan for Individuals, Families and Seniors

Our individual plan, Select Dental, is available to individuals, families and seniors.  There is no age limit and the insured can see any dentist. The insured may choose any dentist or see a SafeGuard PPO provider which may save the insured on out-of-pocket costs.*

Employer Group Dental Plans

Gold Series Group Dental Plan

Our Gold Series group plan is for employer groups of 2 or more.  It is a comprehensive dental plan that provides progressive benefits each year. The insured may choose any dentist or see a SafeGuard PPO provider which may save the insured on out-of-pocket costs.*

Scheduled Reimbursement Group Dental Plan – (Available in California Only)

Our Scheduled Reimbursement Group plan is for employer groups of 2 or more.  It features a set schedule of reimbursements (maximum covered expenses).  This plan is designed for the cost-conscious employer who is looking to provide an affordable dental plan for employees.

Employer Group Vision Plans offered by SafeGuard -

(Available in California Only)

Our six Employer Group Vision Plans are available to suit any group's needs from a hardware-only plan to full coverage including progressive lenses.

Seeing a SafeGuard Vision PPO network provider will allow the insured to receive the maximum benefit, however coverage is extended to out-of-network providers as well.
